Terms of Service

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Twitch AdBot service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use the service. 1. Service We provide an automated Twitch-related service designed to perform the functions described on the product page. The service may rely on Twitch, third-party APIs, servers, networks, or other external services that are outside of our control. We do not guarantee that the service will operate continuously or without interruption. 2. Service Availability The service may temporarily stop working or experience reduced functionality due to: Twitch updates or changes Twitch API changes or restrictions Server maintenance or outages Network issues Third-party service changes Rate limits or platform restrictions Unexpected technical issues Temporary downtime caused by circumstances outside of our control does not automatically qualify for a refund. 3. Refund Policy Refunds are available within the first 3 days (72 hours) after purchase. If you are unhappy with the service or experience a legitimate issue, you must contact our support team within the first 3 days of your purchase to request a refund. After the first 3 days (72 hours), all purchases are considered final and are no longer eligible for a refund, except where we explicitly approve an exception. Refunds will generally not be provided after the 3-day period for: Change of mind Buyer’s remorse Failure to use the service Failure to read the product description Twitch-related changes or restrictions Temporary downtime User error Incorrect configuration Unsupported setups Third-party outages or changes Services becoming unavailable due to circumstances outside our control 4. No Chargebacks or Unauthorized Disputes Chargebacks and unauthorized payment disputes are strictly prohibited. If you experience an issue with your purchase or service, you must contact our support team first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. If you are within the 3-day refund period, you may request a refund directly through our support team rather than opening a payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in: Immediate termination of your service access Permanent suspension or blacklist from our store Cancellation of active orders or subscriptions Loss of eligibility for future purchases Submission of relevant purchase and service records to the payment processor Attempting to obtain both the service and a refund through a false or misleading dispute is prohibited. 5. Product Description You are responsible for reviewing the product description and understanding what you are purchasing before completing your order. We do not guarantee features, functionality, performance, or results that are not explicitly stated on the product page. 6. Twitch and Third-Party Services Our service may interact with or depend upon third-party platforms, including Twitch. We do not control Twitch or its policies, systems, APIs, enforcement decisions, updates, or availability. Changes made by Twitch or another third party may affect the functionality of the service. We are not responsible for losses, restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other consequences caused by third-party platforms. 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Abuse or intentionally overload our systems Attempt to bypass service limitations Reverse engineer or redistribute the service without permission Share private access or credentials Use the service for unlawful purposes Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems Fraudulently manipulate orders, payments, or refunds Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access. 8. Support If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our support team with: Your order information A description of the issue Relevant screenshots or error messages Any other information reasonably necessary to troubleshoot the problem We will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate technical issues. 9. Service Changes We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service when necessary. Changes may be required because of technical issues, security concerns, third-party changes, maintenance, or other circumstances. 10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our systems, or initiate an unauthorized payment dispute. Termination resulting from a violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service. This includes losses resulting from third-party platform changes, service interruptions, account restrictions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. 12. Agreement By completing a purchase, you confirm that: You have read these Terms of Service. You understand the nature of the service. You understand the 3-day refund policy. You understand the chargeback policy. You agree to contact support before initiating a payment dispute. You agree to all terms listed above. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, do not purchase or use the service.
